WIHRO KIM
About the artwork: The designs for the jacket and the digital art come from a lengthy process of layering different scenes and images over one another in selective convergences. The images in each layer are derived from remembered and fantastical moments, based upon meditations, of when I was a child around middle school age. I wanted to try to bring in the emotional state of that child-space and examine and provide a deeper context for why we choose to present ourselves the way we do.
